Graded Discussions range from one to two per week, with a total of 13 in the course. There is an ungraded Introduction Discussion in Week 1 of the course. Each discussion is worth 10 points and requires initial posts that are substantial, including three to four paragraphs with the integration of the assigned reading materials and scholarly articles. Your posts must include at least one source, following APA style and citations. All inital posts are due by Wednesday 11:59 pm CT. of the respective week.
To add to the intellectual discourse, responses to your peers need to be at least two or more paragraphs with shared practical examples, reflections of the concepts, and personal business experience. At least two responses must be made, and are due by Sunday 11:59 pm CT of each week except for Week 8, where the due date is Saturday 11:59 pm CT
