the team concept to maximize overall organizational performance through the
combined efforts of people. The old adage, “Two heads are better than one” has

leaders) are just more committed and supportive than others. How do you assess
your individual team member’s level of commitment and support? How to you get

yourself as well as your business ideas and plan. In order to get yourself on

management and then create a 1-year action plan as to what specific actions you
will take that will guide you towards realizing your ideal job.

Great start!!!! Thanks for responding to this
post. There is no one best way to pursue your career goals. Each person may
have a slightly or dramatically different approach to addressing this issue.
For me I always like to start out thinking about this from the employer’s
perspective. If I were the employer and I were looking for a person with your
credentials and skills how would I go about finding that person and what would
be the ideal candidate. Then I try to make sure that I have all those
qualifications that the employer is looking for plus some. I would then build a
plan that addresses every aspect of the employer’s requirements for the open
position. This approach can also work for you if you are starting a new
business. I have also found that finding a mentor/coach/champion can make the
process of getting the perfect or dream job you want … possible. The
aforementioned combined with thorough research on what it takes to get the job
can be very helpful. In the end whatever approach you decide to take … it has
to work for you and your personal style. Do you have a landscaping and Snow
